BD in Tijuana, MX, seeks a Staff Integration PMO to lead strategic projects for manufacturing network optimization and product insourcing from external suppliers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, finance, and production, drive due diligence, M&A integration, and capital planning while ensuring ISO/GMP/QMS compliance and timely delivery.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, administration, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet or Primavera.
• Knowledge of PMI, Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and strong financial acumen.
• Familiarity with Medical Device regulatory standards.
• Advanced English.
• Valid US visa and passport; willingness to travel.

Job Description

Role Activities

• 1. Lead multiple strategic projects to support manufacturing network optimization and product insourcing from external suppliers.
• 2. Support M&A due diligence and the implementation of integration activities.
• 3. Manage cross-functional teams , including direct and indirect reports across technical, commercial, and production functions.
• 4. Develop and maintain standardized processes and playbooks for due diligence, M&A, and manufacturing transfers.
• 5. Initiate and manage capital requests (CB-2) for M&A, capacity expansion, and network Optimization and Insourcing Projects.
• 6. Provide capital planning insights , monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial forecasts.
• 7. Collaborate with plant managers, ISC leadership, Engineering, R&D, quality and Finance to develop and execute project plans.
• 8. Ensure compliance with regional manufacturing requirements , particularly in Tijuana and Mexico .
• 9. Deliver project updates to business and functional leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• 10. Define and secure program resources , establish team roles and responsibilities, and evaluate performance.
• 11. Apply advanced project management methodologies , including scope definition, WBS, risk management, and integrated business planning.
• 12. Provide technical guidance and drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.
• 13. Manage budgets and financial resources for assigned projects.
• 14. Execute projects Successfully to committed Timeline and Budget
• 15. Ability to react to changes in Project scope and restrategize Project and resources to meet Project commitments (Timeline and Budget)
• 16. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Manufacturing standards, ISO, GMP, QMS

Requirements

• - Degree in Industrial Engineering, bachelor's degree in Administration, or similar
• - 5+ years of experience in project management
• - Highly results-oriented with a proven ability to meet objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
• - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera for planning and tracking activities
• - Solid knowledge of methodologies such as PMI, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma for process improvement and project execution
• - Ability to interpret and analyze operational and financial KPIs to support decision-making, strong knowledge in financial acumen is a must
• - Familiarity with standards and regulatory requirements within the Medical Device industry
• - Advance English
• - Valid US Visa and passport
• - Availability to travel
