BD is hiring for a manufacturing engineer at our Reynosa site. The role focuses on identifying critical equipment settings, creating work standards, and transferring knowledge to operators and technical staff.

The candidate will coach teams on continuous improvement, drive OEE improvements, and manage change controls including validations and root-cause analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Industrial, Mechatronic, Electronic, Electrical, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshooting / Problem Solving – Advanced PLC experience preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and high–level goals.
• Strong leadership skills to be able to manage time, and a problem solver.
• Ability to influence and build good working relationships according to BD Values.
• Effective Oral/written Communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Understands top losses within the manufacturing unit and develops and implements plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE performance.
• Responsible for manufacturing unit change control including validation activities, root cause analysis of prioritized OEE losses, and quality deviations. Prepare work instruction / training material for process.
• Lead and execute process validation and compile completion result; develop standards for material or process changes.
• Lead in problem solving using continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Implements and sustains BD Excellence work process for the manufacturing unit.
• Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.
