BD in Tijuana, Mexico seeks a Senior Director of Plant Operations to lead the manufacturing site. The role covers a broad range of duties across sterile disposable production, quality, purchasing, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, human resources, finances, and distribution support.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive efficiency at the border facility.

Will cover a wide range of duties and responsibilities in support of the operations of the manufacturing plant in Tijuana, Mexico. Areas of direct and indirect responsibility include disposable sterile manufacturing, Areas including Quality, Purchasing and Materials Warehouse, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Human Resources, Finances, Operations at Border Warehouse and Sterilization Contractor Management, and Supply Chain Management to Distribution Centers.
