Kueski is seeking a Staff AI Software Engineer to join the AI Enabling Team in Mexico. You will build harnesses, developer tools, and guardrails that empower Engineering and Product teams to use AI agents at scale.

This hands-on role requires delivering AI-native data platforms, structured knowledge for LLMs, and reusable platforms while ensuring safety, compliance, and cost effectiveness in a regulated lending environment.

Formación

• Experience building and shipping AI products and transforming legacy organizations into AI-native ones.
• 10+ years building software with ML/AI systems in production at scale.
• Strong systems and software engineering fundamentals.
• Track record of Staff+ technical influence and cross-team direction.
• Judgment on build/buy/fine-tune/prompt choices and cost optimization.
• Clear communicator aligning engineers, PMs, and risk/compliance stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve Kueski's existing services, data platforms, and pipelines into AI-ready systems for agents and models.
• Structure knowledge (code, data, docs, state) for reliable model reasoning and retrieval.
• Redefine development lifecycle around agentic workflows with standards, tooling, and guardrails.
• Design and ship agentic systems and bring at least one high-stakes capability to production with measurable impact.
• Establish eval harnesses, observability, and safety/compliance guardrails for a trustworthy lending environment.
• Mentor and raise the AI-native fluency across the engineering org and build reusable platforms.
