Justworks is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Mexico City to join a small, autonomous team building AI-native systems. You will lead design and implementation of the agent platform, its orchestration, tool integrations, and knowledge infrastructure to scale operations and automate workflows.

You will own major subsystems, drive pragmatic technical decisions in an early-stage context, and ship production-ready software used by our customers daily.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience building and operating production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform, from the orchestration layer to the tool integrations connecting it to internal systems.
