Brady México S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team in Tijuana, focusing on accurate financial records and tax calculations.

You will support treasury, payroll compliance with Mexican regulations, and ensure GMP-aligned processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 2+ years in finance, knowledge of SAP, Sistema TRESS, and MS Office, with intermediate English. Experience in Maquiladora industry preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 2+ years of finance experience, preferably in Maquiladora or accounting/audit.
• Proficiency with SAP, Sistema TRESS, government portals (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT), and MS Office desired.
• Intermediate-to-Advanced English (minimum 70% spoken and written).
• Strong analytical reasoning, ethics, communication, accountability and schedule availability.

Responsabilidades

• General Accounting: record income, expenses, treasury, and fixed assets in SAP; perform reconciliations for closings.
• Tax & Compliance: assist with federal/state taxes, filings, VAT refunds, audits.
• Payroll & Statutory Reporting: support payroll, SUA, FONACOT, and compliance with IMSS/INFONAVIT.
• Employee Support & Admin: help new hires with bank accounts, cards, and REPSE compliance.
• Quality & Governance: adhere to GMP and internal procedures.

Are you a proactive accounting professional with experience in financial operations, taxes, and Mexican payroll compliance? We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team!

In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, handling tax calculations, supporting treasury operations, and managing statutory compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Process and record income, expenses, treasury, and fixed assets in SAP; perform balance account reconciliations for monthly and annual closings.
• Tax & Compliance: Assist with federal and state tax calculations, annual/monthly filings, VAT IVA refund and compensation requests, and audit schedule preparation.
• Payroll & Statutory Reporting: Support payroll operations, including bimonthly variable calculations, monthly/bimonthly SUA, FONACOT, and timely resolution of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT requirements.
• Employee Support & Admin: Assist new hires with bank account setups, debit card distribution, food coupon cards, and maintain REPSE compliance activities.
• Quality & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to company procedures, internal quality systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of prior finance experience in the Maquiladora Industry or at an Accounting/Audit Firm is highly preferred
• Desirable proficiency in Compaq, SAP, Sistema TRESS, Mexican government portals (SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT), and MS Office
• Intermediate-to-Advanced English (minimum 70% spoken and written)
