TK Recruitment presents a Chief Accountant role in Mexico City, within a FinTech focused on innovative financial services. The incumbent will manage all accounting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support microloan operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a Chief Accountant role, a degree in Accounting or related field, strong NIF and IFRS knowledge, audit experience, and advanced English for international coordination.

Formación

• Must have 2+ years as Chief Accountant, preferably in financial institutions or credit-focused firms.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and IFRS/NIIF.
• Experience with internal and external audits and local financial regulations.
• Proven ability to prepare regulatory reports for CNBV, SAT, and other agencies.
• Fluent in Advanced English for international coordination.

• Supervise and manage all accounting processes, including credit operation records.
• Prepare and timely present financial, tax, and administrative reports.

The Role:

Your role will be both strategic and operational, ensuring the company maintains strong financial compliance and efficiently executes its microloan operations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in financial institutions or companies specializing in credit, where youve demonstrated your ability to thrive in dynamic and regulated environments.
• You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline that has equipped you to navigate the financial world with precision.
• Your knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) is impeccable, and you have experience working with international standards like IFRS/NIIF, allowing you to confidently operate in a global context.
• You are well-versed in internal and external audits, as well as local regulations applicable to the financial sector, ensuring flawless compliance and bolstering trust in the companys processes.
• You have a proven track record of preparing and presenting regulatory reports for entities such as the CNBV, SAT, and other key agencies, ensuring accuracy and full compliance.
• You excel in credit operation accounting, including calculations for reserves, interest, and portfolio recovery, understanding the nuances of this critical area for financial sustainability.
• Your advanced English proficiency is essential for this role. You must communicate fluently and precisely, both orally and in writing, to interact with international teams and stakeholders.

• Designing and overseeing strategies for financial and fiscal optimization.
