Job summary

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of similar accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of US GAAP, including GL journal entries and accruals.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills (desirable).
• Proficient in Excel.
• Familiar with QAD ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries with analysis.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Support month-end close and related accounting tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with fixed assets, depreciation, disposals, and asset records.
• Oversee SAP Concur Travel & Expense as Administrator and support users.
