Job summary

Site Reliability Engineer for Oracle Analytics Service Excellence (OASE) SRE team partnering with Oracle Analytics development teams to improve the reliability, availability, performance, operational support and maturity of Oracle Analytics Cloud services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on SRE with strong analytical skills, capable of diagnosing complex issues across distributed systems, automation, capacity analysis, and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE with ability to diagnose complex service issues across distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native apps, containers, microservices, and scalable services.
• Experience troubleshooting production cloud services and enterprise applications.
• Strong documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles creation.

Responsibilities

• Improve uptime through proactive monitoring, incident response, and code-level troubleshooting.
• Automate, analyze capacity, and develop operational tooling for Oracle Analytics Cloud services.
• Support on-call, after-hours maintenance, and weekend support as needed.
• Collaborate with Oracle Analytics teams and remote global partners in an agile environment.
