Job summary

Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Tech Lead - Infrastructure Services S to lead VMware-based infrastructure, Exchange hybrid, and AD/Identity operations in a fast-moving environment.

You will manage hyperconverged infra, storage, and on-call incidents, collaborating with global teams. Ideal candidates bring hands-on expertise with vSphere, VxRail/Nutanix, PowerShell, ITIL processes, and bilingual English/Spanish, and a track record delivering reliable IT estates in manufacturing or OT-adjacent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in managing VMware-based/hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Strong Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure AD knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Management and operations of VMware-based hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Management of shared storage on Dell storage appliances.
• Configuration, management and operations of local domain controllers.
• Exchange administration through Exchange Online.
• Administration of a hybrid Exchange environment with on-premise Active Directory, maintaining two separate instances.
• Out-of-the-box monitoring for the VMware estate.
• On-call rotation and support outside regular hours as needed.
• Hands-on VMware vSphere / vCenter in production.
• Experience with Dell VxRail or Nutanix hyperconverged infra.
• LUN management and capacity planning for Dell storage.
• Active Directory domain controller build/configuration, sites and services, replication troubleshooting, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP.
• Exchange Online and hybrid topologies, Azure AD Connect/Entra Connect synchronization.
• Multi-forest/multi-tenant environments support.
• PowerShell for routine administration and reporting.
• ITIL-aligned incident/change/problem management processes.
• English and Spanish proficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Management and operations of VMware-based hyperconverged infrastructure.
• Management of shared storage on Dell storage appliances.
• Configuration, management and operations of local domain controllers.
• Exchange administration through Exchange Online.
• Administration of a hybrid Exchange environment with on-premise Active Directory, maintaining two separate instances
• Out-of-the-box monitoring for the VMware estate.
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and provide support outside regular business hours, including weekends, when required for critical P1 and P2 incidents
• Hands-on experience administering VMware vSphere / vCenter in a production environment.
• Practical experience operating hyperconverged infrastructure, ideally Dell VxRail or Nutanix.
• Working knowledge of shared storage administration on Dell storage appliances, including provisioning, LUN management and capacity planning.
• Strong Active Directory administration skills: domain controller build and configuration, sites and services, replication troubleshooting, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Demonstrated experience administering Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange topologies, including Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect synchronization
• Experience supporting multi-forest or multi-tenant environments.
• Comfortable with PowerShell for routine administration and reporting.
• Experience working within an ITIL-aligned incident, change and problem management process.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Prior involvement in Office 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
• Exposure to Active Directory consolidation or domain migration programmes.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery tooling in the estate, particularly Veeam.
• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, including awareness of OT network adjacency.
