As Sr. Production Manager in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico, you’ll lead a large manufacturing organization responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality production. This role sits at the heart of the LEGO Group’s Operations team, where people development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement come together every day.
You’ll be part of a collaborative manufacturing leadership team focused on delivering outstanding operational performance while building an environment where colleagues can learn, grow, and thrive. Together, you’ll build, rebuild and inspire by creating the conditions for safe operations, strong quality performance, and a culture where every voice contributes to continuous improvement across the LEGO® Group.
Note: This position is based at our LEGO NL manufacturing factory located in Cienega de Flores. This is not a remote position.
