Just imagine turning complex mould challenges into reliable technical solutions that improve production performance. Then make it real.
As our Sr Mould Maintenance Engineer, you’ll provide the technical knowledge and analytical thinking needed to protect mould integrity and improve maintenance processes at our Monterrey factory. You’ll become a trusted technical partner who can assess mould damage, approve appropriate repair approaches, support production-release decisions, and lead improvements based on reliable data. Your work will help teams solve recurring problems at their root, improve mould efficiency, and share effective maintenance practices locally and globally.
