Resideo in Mexico is seeking a Materials and Purchasing Lead to manage material purchasing, planning, inventory control, and coordinating among purchasing, production and engineering. You will lead teams, ensure materials are ordered and stocked, follow operating systems, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires MRP/ERP expertise, 5+ years in materials, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to train others; you will mentor juniors and help meet performance metrics.

Descripción del empleo

Expertise the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. You are expected to lead project teams within the business. Keep Resideo’s production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results. Use your agility and ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems
• 5+ Years of experience in Materials or related field

• Experience with analyzing data
