Resideo is seeking a Materials Manager to oversee material purchasing, planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores in our Tijuana facility. You will drive on-time delivery, maintain stock levels, and lead projects to improve material processes in a complex manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with purchasing, production and engineering, utilizing MRP/ERP systems, and mentoring junior staff while ensuring health and safety standards are followed.

Formación

• In-depth experience with MRP/ERP Systems.
• 5+ Years of experience in Materials or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to teach and train others.
• Experience with analyzing data.

Job Description

Expertise the implementation of material purchasing, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Resideo. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. You are expected to lead project teams within the business. Keep Resideo’s production lines moving by ensuring materials are well scheduled, evaluated and accurately delivered on time, every time. Continuously improve material management processes to drive better business results. Use your agility and ability to support clients to solve escalations and achieve metrics.
