Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst - Bilingual in Mexico to lead optimization and standardization across ERP and business systems. This individual contributor role partners with global IT and business stakeholders to deliver improvements across the SDLC.

You will estimate effort, document requirements, develop testing plans, create training materials, and mentor teammates while guiding projects from initiation to implementation.

Qualifications

The main function of this Individual Contributor position will be to lead key optimization, standardization efforts and leverage the functionality of the ERP and various Business Systems and integrate into the business process to achieve improved efficiency for all stakeholders. Key activities will include estimation of effort, identification, analysis and documentation of requirements, development and execution of testing plans, preparing training documentation and conducting end user training activities. The incumbent will also lead IT projects, mentor team members, actively participate in all aspects of the SDLC process and lead opportunities for improvement within IT processes. This position will collaborate across the Global IT organization as needed.

Responsibilities

• Flexible schedule, with the expectation to have the ability to report into the office as needed; a working schedule that provides some overlap with core US-based team hours between 7 am and 5 pm CST is needed.
• Provide leadership in utilization of Information Technology as a trusted advisor to the organization.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, standards, and technologies with the goal of recommending and applying new technologies as they emerge.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices to protect company data and ensure compliance.

• Lead the development of high-level estimations of effort/cost associated with application projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, analyze and document functional business requirements for application projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical team to develop overall solutions and technical design to address functional requirements.
• Review and validate testing plans and conduct functional user testing to ensure delivered solutions meet functional business requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
• Review documentation and conduct training of end users/stakeholders.
• Lead small to moderate, cross functional projects with complex and challenging business problems that can have a broad organizational impact and provide opportunities for significant competitive advantage.
• Perform support activities based on escalation from the support team
• Write and review supporting documentation for the software, such as release notes, help documentation, articles, and features.
• Actively engage in all aspects of the SDLC process.
• Make recommendations for process improvements within both business and IT.
• Mentor other functional analyst team members undefined.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelors with 7+ years relevant experience or associate degree with 9+ years of relevant experience or 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of overall enterprise business systems architecture, functionality, and usage.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to conduct and direct research into ERP functionality and products to deploy as required.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite products.
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English.
• Proven analytical and evaluative abilities.
• High level of initiative and self-motivation.
