Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of ERP functionality and manufacturing principles.
• Experience in project management and SDLC.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead key optimization and standardization efforts; integrate ERP into business processes to improve efficiency.
• Estimate effort, analyze and document requirements; develop and execute testing plans; prepare training docs and conduct end user training.
• Lead IT projects, mentor team members, participate in SDLC, and drive improvements within IT processes.
• Collaborate across Global IT; support through SDLC, testing and documentation.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.
