Job summary

ICU Medical Inc is seeking a BI/Data Analyst to develop and administer information solutions by integrating, analyzing, and transforming data from ERP systems. You will design reports, automate processes, ensure data quality, and support cross‑functional teams with BI tools and analytics.

The role focuses on SQL development, Oracle data sources, Power BI dashboards, and data modeling to enable informed decision making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience.
• Fluent in English and strong data analytics skills.
• Experience with SQL development and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, AxDynamics, MFGpro) is a plus.
• Experience building reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data quality, transformation, and integration.

This position is responsible for the development, administration, and continuous improvement of information solutions through the integration, analysis, and transformation of data from ERP systems. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to design reports, automate processes, ensure data quality, and identify improvement opportunities through Business Intelligence tools and advanced analytics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Data Management and Administration

• Manage and maintain the integrity of master data and information structures.
• Monitor the quality, consistency, and reliability of decision-making information.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or issues related to data, configurations, and processes.
• Actively participate in the development of budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, KPIs, weekly reporting, and support for other departments.

Business Intelligence Solution Development

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators using Business Intelligence tools.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate information from Oracle databases.
• Build and maintain optimized data models for analysis and visualization.
• Develop connections, integrations, and data transformation processes between different business platforms and applications.
• Automate reports and analytical processes to increase operational efficiency.

Process Analysis and Improvement

• Analyze trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on available information.
• Identify systemic issues, data inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Propose and implement solutions designed to improve data quality, availability, and accessibility.
• Participate in digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

Functional and Technical Support

• Provide user support for data, reporting, systems, and analytical tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver value.

Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience working in similar role
• Fluent in English
• Oracle Database / Oracle ERP, or experience using another ERP system (SAP, AxDynamics, MFGpro)
• SQL Developer.
• Power BI (Power Query, DAX, and data modeling).
