  • Provide expert-level technical guidance to Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
Environmental Engineering & Compliance Integration
  • Lead environmental engineering projects such as emissions reductions, waste minimization, energy efficiency, and water optimization.
  • Provide technical support for permitting changes, environmental modeling, and impact analyses.
  • Ensure environmental requirements are embedded into process and equipment design (EHS by Design).
Safety, Hygiene & Risk Control
  • Lead programs for critical risk management (LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, machinery safety, IH).
  • Implement engineering-based controls for risk reduction and ensure sustainable integration into operations.
  • Manage advanced industrial hygiene evaluations and drive the implementation of control strategies.
  • Facilitate advanced safety training (not basic training), focusing on engineering controls and risk analysis.
EH&S Management Systems (ISO 14001/45001 & Corporate Standards)
  • Drive continuous improvement and site maturity of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
  • Lead gap assessments, define improvement plans, and oversee execution.
  • Develop tools, processes, and methodologies to strengthen the EH&S system.
  • Analyze performance indicators and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.
Organizational Leadership & Culture Development
  • Serve as a technical leader influencing site-wide EH&S decision‑making.
  • Coach technical staff and contribute to talent development within the EH&S organization.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional coordination and engagement with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and other support areas.

  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage; company-sponsored life insurance, total permanent disability protection, paid time off, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
  • Recognition program to celebrate successes and reward exceptional contributions.
