Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Sr. Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Sales & Service (DSS) Enterprise Digital Products & Solutions team.

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams, helping deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience, sales enablement, digital commerce, and marketing capabilities across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, CS or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise-level business or technology teams.
• 5+ years with Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Revenue, Field Service).
• 5+ years Agile experience: backlog, planning, software delivery.
• Experience gathering, documenting and managing requirements.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver digital initiatives.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support digital PODs delivering enterprise solutions (Salesforce, Digital Commerce, MarTech, PIM, Subscription).
• Lead Agile activities: backlog refinement, sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, reviews.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders and IT to define technical requirements.
• Track progress, risks, issues and dependencies for timely delivery.
• Support change management: training, knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and progress.
• Support global digital transformation initiatives and enterprise platform improvements.

About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Sr. Digital Business Analyst to join the Digital Sales & Service (DSS) Enterprise Digital Products & Solutions (EDPS) team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams, helping deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience, sales enablement, digital commerce, and marketing capabilities across the enterprise.

You will play a critical role in gathering requirements, facilitating Agile processes, supporting project delivery, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with global teams, particularly stakeholders across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Digital Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

• Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver digital initiatives aligned with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Supporting digital PODs that deliver enterprise solutions related to Salesforce, Digital Commerce, Marketing Technology, PIM, and Subscription Management platforms.
• Leading Agile activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, and sprint reviews.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement and optimization.
• Collaborating with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define technical requirements and process enhancements.
• Tracking project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Supporting change management initiatives, including training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption activities.
• Providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, issue resolution, and implementation progress.
• Supporting global digital transformation initiatives and driving continuous improvement across enterprise platforms.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise‑level business or technology teams.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Field Service.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, prioritization, planning, and software delivery.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English,

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience supporting Digital Commerce, MarTech, Customer Experience, or Subscription Management solutions.
• Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) platforms.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and large‑scale enterprise programs.
