Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Jr. FP&A Manager in Monterrey to drive financial insight, performance visibility, and decision support across the business. You will partner with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, actionable forecasting, and data-driven recommendations that impact long-term strategy.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivery of timely financial close and forecasts. English fluency and a valid visa are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Valid visa.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with the calendar published by the finance and accounting organizations.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances and trends on key metrics across the business.
• Develop and present quarterly forecasts, providing appropriate color and context around variances to prior forecast, prior year, and plan.
• Regularly review and analyze key performance trends to understand risks and opportunities of the business.
• Drive system automation, develop finance metrics based on business requirements.
• Provide technical and financial subject matter expertise to the business leadership team.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.
• Drive a culture that embraces continuous improvement.

About the role

As a Jr. FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving financial insight, performance visibility, and decision support across the business. This role partners closely with business leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, actionable forecasting, and data‑driven recommendations that directly impact business outcomes and long‑term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with the calendar published by the finance and accounting organizations. This requires that all necessary business transactions have been reviewed, approved, and posted to local finance systems and HFM on a timely basis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances and trends on key metrics across the business.
• Develop and present quarterly forecasts, providing appropriate color and context around variances to prior forecast, prior year, and plan. Articulate risks and opportunities to the forecast.
• Regularly review and analyze key performance trends (orders, backlog, sales, margins, expenses, etc.) to understand and communicate the risks and opportunities of the business.
• Drive system automation, develop finance metrics based on the requirement from the business.
• Provide technical and financial subject matter expertise to the business leadership team.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and investigations as requested by leadership.
• Drive a culture that embraces and strives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or other finance‑related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Fluency in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Valid Visa.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
• Prior P&L ownership experience.
• Experience driving finance system automation or advanced reporting solutions.
