Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and maintain HRSD solutions. The role collaborates with the HR and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technology, enhances employee self-service, and optimizes HR workflows using NowAssist and Moveworks.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, strong scripting skills, and certifications in ServiceNow Administration and Development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field with 5+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities: Case/Knowledge, Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events/Journeys, HR Integrations, Employee Document Management, NowAssist, Moveworks.
• Experience with JavaScript/AngularJS/HTML/CSS/XML.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs REST/SOAP/JSON.
• Experience with Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ATF.
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer.
• ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
• Experience with HR AI capabilities like NowAssist and generative AI for self-service and deflection.
• Experience with Moveworks or similar enterprise AI assistants.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions meeting requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow HR team to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Translate business requirements to technical estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of HRSD solutions; ensure quality and performance.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing HRSD solutions and resolve issues.
• Configure and enhance HRSD capabilities: NowAssist, Employee Center Pro, case/knowledge mgmt, lifecycle events, integrations, docs.
• Partner with HR, IT and business to leverage NowAssist, Moveworks, automation and AI for self-service and deflection.
• Support integration/optimization of Moveworks with HRSD and HR workflows.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end users and other developers.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow HRSD trends and recommend improvements for scale and efficiency.

This role is for a senior developer who has extensive experience in the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) platform and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions that enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes. This role will work closely with the ServiceNow HR team to provide subject matter expertise and help translate stakeholders’ business needs into technology solutions.

How’ll make an impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions that meet the business requirements and adhere to the best practices and standards.
• Partner closely with the ServiceNow HR team to provide subject matter expertise, understand stakeholder business needs, and translate those needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Translate the business requirements to technical solutions and provide estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow HRSD solutions and ensure quality and performance.
• Provide support and maintenance for the existing ServiceNow HRSD solutions and resolve issues and incidents.
• Configure, enhance, and support ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, including NowAssist, Employee Center Pro, case and knowledge management, lifecycle events, integrations, and employee document management.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage NowAssist, Moveworks, automation, and AI-enabled self-service to reduce manual effort and improve the employee experience.
• Support integration and optimization of Moveworks with ServiceNow HRSD, knowledge content, and HR workflows to enable accurate and efficient employee support.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for the end users and other developers.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ServiceNow HRSD, NowAssist, Moveworks, automation, and AI-enabled employee support, and recommend improvements that support case deflection, process efficiency, and scalable HR service delivery.

What are we looking for (Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.

What else are we looking for (Preferred):

• Proficient in English speaking and writing.
• Proficient in ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events and Journeys, HR Integrations, Employee Document Management, NowAssist, and Moveworks.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience in using ServiceNow APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Experience in using ServiceNow tools, such as Workflow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automated Test Framework.
• Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Application Developer.
• Certified in ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist (preferred).
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including NowAssist for HRSD, and understanding how generative AI can improve employee self-service, case deflection, and HR service delivery.
• Experience with Moveworks or similar enterprise AI assistant platforms.
• Familiarity with generative AI, automation, skills intelligence, virtual agent technologies, and how they can be applied to improve HR service delivery and the employee experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
