Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Sr Cust Exp Specialist in San Luis Potosí to ensure performance standards and achieve high customer satisfaction. You will develop customer experience strategies, work cross-functionally, and drive improvements through data analysis.

You will report to the Cust Exp Supervisor and operate on-site, coordinating with sales and product teams to align CX initiatives with business goals. A Bachelor’s degree and customer-oriented mindset are valued.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
• Experience in supply chain / order management / OtC.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Job Description

As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. You will report directly to our Cust Exp Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and loyalty by developing and executing customer experience strategies, working cross-functionally to understand customer needs, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and feedback programs.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of experience
• Customer Support and/or equivalent in supply chain / order management / OtC related experience
• Knowledge/experience with SAP or Sales Force would be a great plus
• MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
