Job summary

You will lead initiatives to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction while reporting to the Supply Planning Manager. This on-site role supports timely and accurate supply planning for Honeywell's operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in demand planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or related supply planning functions.
• Proficiency with supply planning tools such as SAP, APO, or Forecast Pro.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in managing supply risks and inventory optimization.

As a Sr Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving supply planning strategies and execution to ensure seamless alignment with customer demand and business objectives. You will lead planning initiatives that optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations. You will report directly to our Supply Planning Manager and you’ll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on a onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain processes, enabling Honeywell to maintain a competitive edge in the market by ensuring timely and accurate supply planning that supports business growth and customer needs.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
