Job summary

Alcon seeks a Senior Associate, Surgical Field Sales for Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) in Mexico City, onsite. You will drive territory revenue, build relationships with physicians and operating-room teams, and promote Alcon ophthalmic products via demonstrations and visits.

You will coordinate with clinical teams, provide in-person OR support, and track performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets across Mexico City, Hidalgo, and the State of Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant field sales experience.
• Experience in medical devices or ophthalmology preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency for English-language training.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and grow the territory.
• Develop new business and strengthen relationships with physicians, nursing teams, purchasing teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Promote Alcon surgical ophthalmic products through consultative selling, product demonstrations, customer visits and account support.
• Provide in-person support in the operating room and coordinate with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information, monitor competitor activity, and inform territory planning.

The role is based in Mexico City, where approximately 75% of the current accounts are located, and includes variable field travel based on customer and operating-room needs.
