Alcon Mexico City seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align talent strategies with business priorities and lead key HR processes. The role supports commercial, ITCI, and enabling functions, serving a 250+ associate population.

You will partner with leaders, translate workforce analytics into action, and drive engagement and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR experience with HRBP responsibilities.
  • Experience with commercial/regulated industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with priorities and goals.
  • Leverage people data to identify trends and drive actionable recommendations.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Coach leaders on employee relations, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with COEs and HR Services to improve associate experience and implement HR initiatives.

Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Commercial, ITCI, and enables functions, you will be trusted to partner with business leaders and associates to deliver strategic people solutions that enable business success. This role supports a population of approximately 250+ associates and serves as a key advisor on talent, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and employee relations.

Typical day will include:
  • Partnering with business leaders to align talent strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Leveraging workforce insights and people data to identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Leading key talent processes including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and associate development initiatives.
  • Coaching leaders on employee relations matters, change management, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business decisions.
  • Collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services teams to deliver exceptional associate experience and implement enterprise HR initiatives.
What you'll bring to Alcon:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations; experience within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience leading performance management, talent management, engagement initiatives, succession planning, and employee relations activities.
  • Strong ability to interpret people data and workforce analytics and translate insights into business-focused recommendations and actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
