Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate II, Master Data Governance & Management (SAP Material Master) to join the Mexico City team on-site.
You will govern SAP Material Master data, partner with ERP and global planning teams, and ensure data accuracy across manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will help drive data quality metrics, resolve master data issues, and support product launches and manufacturing activities.

As a Sr. Associate II, Master Data Governance & Management supporting the Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Data Management Team, you will be trusted to manage and govern SAP Material Master data while supporting manufacturing operations across global sites. This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico, and a typical day will include: Partnering with local data stewards, plant managers, ERP teams, and global planning teams to ensure accurate and compliant material master data across manufacturing operations. Executing the creation, maintenance, extension, and governance of SAP Material Master records to support product launches, manufacturing activities, and supply chain operations. Analyzing and resolving master data issues through root cause analysis, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and alignment with business rules and governance standards. Supporting global manufacturing sites by managing master data requests, driving process improvements, monitoring data quality metrics, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and SOPs. Serving as a trusted subject matter expert for manufacturing master data processes, proactively identifying risks, recommending solutions, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
