Alcon, the global leader in eye care, invites an experienced Sr. Associate II, Master Data Governance & Management to join the Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Data Management Team.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or ERP Data Management.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with local data stewards, plant managers, ERP teams, and global planning teams to ensure accurate material master data across manufacturing operations.
• Execute creation, maintenance, extension, and governance of SAP Material Master records to support product launches, manufacturing activities, and supply chain operations.
• Analyze and resolve master data issues through root cause analysis, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with governance standards.
• Support global manufacturing sites by managing master data requests, driving process improvements, monitoring data quality metrics, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for manufacturing master data processes, proactively identifying risks and suggesting improvements.
