Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to support daily treasury and Record-to-Report activities. You will help with cash and bank transactions, reconciliations, and reporting, working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate financial information.

The role requires 0–2 years in Finance or Treasury, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle or ERP systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Record-to-Report processes.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding transactions.
• Record and post bank transactions and treasury-related journal entries in the ERP system.
• Support daily cash position reporting and cash balance monitoring.
• Assist with cash application, intercompany transactions, and bank-related accounting activities.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for treasury and accounting transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts related to cash.
• Support month-end closing activities and treasury reporting.
• Assist with internal/external audit requests by providing documentation and transaction support.
• Follow accounting policies, internal controls, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment, banking, and accounting issues.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives within Treasury and R2R.
