Genpact in Mexico is seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst – R2R to support daily bank reconciliations, cash application, and treasury reporting. The role involves recording treasury transactions in ERP, assisting with cash position monitoring, and collaborating across finance teams in a hybrid work setting.

This entry-level position emphasizes building skills in R2R processes, internal controls, and audit support while using SAP/Oracle in a global business environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Record-to-Report processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or another ERP system is preferred.
• English proficiency suitable for working in a global business environment.

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unmatched transactions.
• Record and post bank transactions and treasury-related journal entries in the ERP system.
• Support daily cash position reporting and cash balance monitoring.
• Assist with cash application, intercompany transactions, and bank-related accounting activities.

• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives within Treasury and R2R.

Key Responsibilities
