Job summary

Genpact en México busca un Sr. Associate - F&A - AP para apoyar el procesamiento oportuno de facturas, revisión documental y registro confiable en ERP.

Se requiere experiencia en cuentas por pagar, manejo de Excel y SAP; se valoran certificaciones y dominio del inglés. Trabajar en modalidad híbrida en México y colaborar con equipos globales.

Qualifications

• Conocimiento práctico del procesamiento de facturas y la revisión documental; se valora experiencia administrativa o en AP.
• Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir procedimientos y gestionar excepciones.
• Manejo funcional de Excel y facilidad para aprender sistemas ERP.
• Inglés: validar por requisición. El JD original del cliente solicita 80% avanzado, pero aún no está confirmado para todas las posiciones de AP.

Responsibilities

• Recibir, revisar y registrar facturas y documentos de soporte utilizando los procedimientos establecidos en el ERP.
• Verificar información de proveedores y referencias de órdenes de compra o recepciones cuando corresponda; documentar información faltante.
• Dar seguimiento al estado de las facturas, las partidas pendientes y las acciones requeridas por otras áreas.
• Identificar documentos duplicados, incompletos o inconsistentes y escalar oportunamente las excepciones.
• Preparar reportes operativos sencillos e información de soporte para el cierre del período.
• Atender consultas habituales sobre facturas y canalizar los casos contables o de pago complejos al analista senior.
• Cumplir los controles internos, la segregación de funciones y los compromisos de servicio.

Job Description

Apoyar el procesamiento oportuno y correcto de cuentas por pagar mediante la revisión de facturas, el seguimiento de excepciones rutinarias y el registro confiable de las transacciones, de acuerdo con procedimientos establecidos.

Responsabilidades
