• Serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborates with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, supplies, and services, optimizing procurement efficiency.
• Prepares and processes purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compiles and analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other critical data to support informed decision-making.
• Assists in the development of RFPs and bid packages, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing.
• Maintains comprehensive records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinates with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries, resolving shortages and delays.
• Manages relationships with designated suppliers within a specific commodity.
• Oversees schedules and purchase orders for commodity alignment with business needs.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.

Remote

Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
