Mexicali RTX Corporation in Mexico is seeking a procurement professional to manage RFPs, negotiate terms, and support cost analyses across goods, materials and services. Experience in supplier negotiations and contract management is valued.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain comprehensive records of purchases and inventories, and process purchase orders and payment approvals to enable smooth operations.

Formación

• University degree required; minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Advanced English proficiency required; able to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement processes and standards, incl. RFP management and negotiations.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with buyers on purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services; optimize procurement efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
• Compile and analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data to support decision making.
• Assist in the development of RFPs and bid packages; ensure competitive sourcing.
• Maintain records of purchases, costs, deliveries, product performance, and inventories.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries; resolve shortages and delays.
• Manage relationships with designated suppliers within a commodity; oversee schedules and POs.
• May be responsible for delivery assurance activities.
• Perform other related duties to support departmental goals and ensure operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.
