Mexicali RTX Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to support key processes, standards, and operating strategies in a remote role based in Mexico. You will manage RFPs, assist with negotiations, and conduct cost analyses to ensure competitive sourcing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders to purchase goods, materials, and services, maintain comprehensive records, and coordinate with suppliers to keep deliveries on track while upholding procurement integrity

Formación

• University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Advanced English fluency for professional communication.

• Execute procurement processes and standards, including RFP management and cost accountability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries about order status, changes, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with buyers on purchasing activities for goods, materials, and services to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and payment approvals to facilitate smooth operations.
• Compile and analyze price proposals and financial reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in developing RFPs and bid packages for competitive sourcing.
• Maintain records of purchases, costs, deliveries, and inventories to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and address shortages or delays.
• Oversee schedules and purchase orders for commodities aligned with business needs.

**What You Will Do

**Qualifications You Must Have:

• + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field.


• + Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both spoken and written English.
