LEONI is hiring a site-based recruiter in Hermosillo, Mexico to manage full-cycle recruitment for local and country-level roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates through multiple channels, and guide candidates through screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

The role requires strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and experience with ATS platforms like SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.

Formación

• Full-cycle recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offers and onboarding.
• Knowledge of executive search, recruitment metrics and talent attraction strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS (SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters).
• Advanced English (C1) required for strong communication.

Job Description

• Delivers recruiting services at site and country level, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of open positions.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
• Sources and attracts candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking activities, and executive search methodologies.
• Conducts resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinates and facilitates the interview process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manages reference checks, employment verifications, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Monitors recruitment KPIs, analyzes hiring data, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment processes.
• Maintains effective communication with candidates and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, and recruitment policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding.
• Knowledge of Executive Search, job analysis, recruitment metrics, and talent attraction strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
• Advanced English (C1) with strong communication.
