LEONI seeks a Senior leader to drive the national Value Chain Management function in Merida, Mexico. The role focuses on developing strategies, ensuring governance, and guiding multiple teams to achieve operational targets and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate has a decade of automotive supply chain experience, strong KPI/budgeting skills, and fluent English to coordinate with global teams. This is an onsite position within a diverse, international organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in Supply Chain / Value Chain Management in automotive/harness environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and organizational units.
• Strong knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the national Value Chain Management function in alignment with defined KPIs and business objectives.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance, and processes (IATF, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Manage budgets and resources to support operational and strategic goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed.
• Drive organizational development, succession planning, and team performance improvement.
• Represent the Value Chain function within the organization and promote best practices across sites.
