Genpact is seeking a Specialist in F&A - R2R for External Reporting in a hybrid Mexico-based role. The position focuses on preparing compliant external financial statements, supporting audits, and analyzing reporting data.

Ideal candidates bring GAAP/IFRS knowledge, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to improve reporting processes and controls.

Formación

• Requires solid knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience supporting external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Ability to design and test internal controls over financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review external financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS and other standards.
• Coordinate and support external audits with accurate documentation.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities in reporting.
• Support design and testing of internal controls to safeguard reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explain financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in reporting.

Job Description

• Prepare and review external financial statements in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes by providing accurate, timely, and complete documentation to auditors.
• Analyze financial data to identify key trends, variances, and improvement opportunities in reporting processes.
• Support the design, testing, and implementation of internal controls to safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide clear insights and explanations on financial performance and reporting outcomes.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance in external reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
