Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Specialist in F&A - R2R - External Reporting to join our hybrid Mexico-based team.

You will prepare and review external financial statements in line with GAAP and IFRS, support external audits, and monitor regulatory changes affecting reporting. You will analyze financial data to identify trends, help design internal controls, and partner with stakeholders to explain financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP/IFRS external reporting.
• Auditing coordination and documentation support.
• Ability to monitor regulatory changes affecting reporting.
• Strong analytical skills for variance and trend analysis.
• Experience in process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities
