Genpact is seeking professionals to manage an Audit Portfolio, maintain customer relations, and drive resolution on audit-related queries. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, and strong MS Office skills.

You'll operate in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, handling reconciliation calls, emails, and cross-department collaboration to resolve blockers, while upholding integrity and compliance.

Formación

• Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and writing, in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an Audit Portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.
• Contact customers to obtain counts by making reconciliation calls, sending emails, etc.
• Identify & Resolve customers queries and disputes related to Audit questions.
• Review & Follow-up on the highly losses/surpluses/Audits with AR Manager; liaise with other departments to resolve blockers in collections.
• Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or assigned by direct Manager.
• Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
• Action oriented, proactive and resourceful in solving problems; self-motivated and able to meet stretching deadlines under pressure.

• Action oriented, Proactive and resourceful in solving problems. Self-motivated and able to work to stretching deadlines, meet deadlines and work under pressure

Minimum Qualifications

Intermediate to advance level of MS Office - Word, Outlook & Excel

Proficient communication skills, both verbal and writing, English and Spanish.
