United Imaging Healthcare - Latin America is seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to support service operations in Mexico. The role manages spare parts activities, keeps inventory accurate, coordinates logistics and import/export, and maintains system data across SAP/WMS/CRM to ensure timely service support for medical imaging equipment.

Collaborating with Field Service, Supply Chain, and global teams, the candidate will track parts status, optimize replenishment, and support calibration and toolbox

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 5+ years of spare parts management or logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP/WMS/CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with import/export and customs in Mexico.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily spare parts activities including requests, ordering, receiving, storage and delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system data.
• Monitor inventory levels to support demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate inventory checks, cycle counts, and corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy.
• Manage business papers such as delivery notes, outbound notes, return notes and internal QM archive requirements.
• Toolbox management including safety inventory, toolbox checks, replenishment and calibration.
• Process spare parts requests from Field Service Engineers and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate spare parts allocation and delivery for installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Track spare parts status and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, import/export processes, customs coordination, courier, air freight, and local transport.
• Maintain spare parts information across SAP/WMS/CRM and internal platforms.
• Prepare inventory and logistics reports using Excel and analyze data for improvements.
• Support system updates, process improvements, and operational optimization.
• Manage defective spare parts returns and traceability records.
• Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Finance and global teams.
