Cesna Recruitment seeks a Bilingual Finance Specialist to support accounting, treasury, tax, and FP&A across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea. Spanish is required, with business-level English and Korean capabilities valued. The role may be based in the U.S.

or Mexico, with growth opportunities in a multinational setting. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or related fields and SAP/ERP experience.

This client is North American operations closely support major OEM production plants through localized supply chain management, engineering support, quality assurance, and customer service activities.

[Job Summary]

We are seeking a Bilingual Finance Specialist / Finance Analyst (Spanish Required) to support finance operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Korea.

We are open to a wide range of experience levels: entry-level to Finance Manager.

This role is responsible for accounting, treasury, finance, tax, and FP&A while serving as a key liaison between global finance teams.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and strong Spanish communication skills are encouraged to apply. Manufacturing finance and SAP/ERP experience are preferred, but candidates with limited finance experience and strong growth potential will also be considered. This position may be based in either the U.S. or Mexico, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.
