Bosch Group in Juárez, Mexico seeks an analytical Cost Analyst to monitor and control production and overhead costs, generate variance analyses, and provide actionable financial insights to support profitability and budgeting processes.

The role collaborates with operations, procurement and accounting, requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience (SAP CO a plus), and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge (SAP CO) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting complex financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and track production costs, labor expenses, and overhead allocations to identify cost drivers and variances.
• Prepare cost reports and variance analyses, comparing actual costs against budgeted amounts and investigating significant deviations.
• Develop and maintain cost models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and accounting teams to gather cost data and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements, presenting recommendations to management.
• Maintain and update cost accounting systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
