Job summary

Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is hiring a Kid’s for All Seasons Attendant to entertain and supervise young guests in KFAS programs, activities, and related areas including the Activity Center, tennis, lawns and pools.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, at least two years in reservations or guest relations within a luxury hotel, and a keen eye for high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
• Prior experience in Opera and Golden System.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children.
• React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.
• Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Recreation Building.
• Promote and upsell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.

About the role of Kid´s for All Seasons Attendant

The Kid’s for All Seasons Attendants are responsible for the overall entertainment of all children that stay at the Hotel/Resort. This involves caring for all children enrolled in the KFAS program, leading arts & crafts, instructing games, etc. and supervising children at play both in the Activity Center and in outdoor areas including the Tennis Courts, Lawns, and Pool areas.

What you will do:

What you bring:

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position
• Prior experience in Opera and Golden System
• Minimum experience of two (2) years in reservations area or guest relations.
• Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
• Understand and ability to deliver high quality, luxury service standards.
• Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
