Alila Mayakoba in Quintana Roo is seeking a Spa Manager to lead the Wellness department and ensure alignment with luxury brand standards and financial objectives.

The role requires overseeing all spa services, managing a multidisciplinary team, and delivering personalized wellness experiences that exceed guest expectations.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hotels.
• Experience in medical spa or integrated wellness facilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written).
• Certified in Spa/Wellness operations or business management.
• Proven track record of successfully operating a top spa or wellness resort.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all spa services and wellness programs.
• Ensure the department aligns with corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Manage the Wellness department including Holistic, Fitness, Spa, Beauty, Salon and Hydrotherapy.
• Maintain financial objectives with P&L responsibility and budgetary control.
• Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized and luxury wellness experiences.

The Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The role involves overseeing all spa services and wellness programs, ensuring they contribute to the overall success of the hotel’s operations and guest satisfaction, in accordance with established standards and financial objectives.

Capable of tailoring services and programs to meet the unique needs of diverse clientele while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Hospitality, Health Science, Sports Science, Public Health, or a related field.
• Certification in Spa/Wellness operations or business management.
• Qualifications in any alternative wellness practice is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hotels.
• Experience in medical spa or integrated wellness facilities.
• Proven track record of successfully operating a top spa or wellness resort.
• Experience with integrated wellness approaches and wellness brands.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written) are both essential.
