Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the entire Wellness department at a luxury resort. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and brand standards while leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires fluent Spanish and advanced English, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar position within luxury hotels. Strong financial acumen and project-management skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in Spa/Wellness operations or business management.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar luxury-hotel spa role.
• Experience in medical spa or integrated wellness facilities.
• Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written).

The Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The role involves overseeing all spa services and wellness programs, ensuring they contribute to the overall success of the hotel's operations and guest satisfaction, in accordance with established standards and financial objectives.

Strong cultural adaptability and sensitivity, with the ability to understand and integrate local customs, traditions, and guest preferences to deliver personalized and exceptional wellness experiences. Capable of tailoring services and programs to meet the unique needs of diverse clientele while maintaining the highest luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

Degree in Management, Hospitality, Health Science, Sports Science, Public Health, or a related field.

Certification in Spa/Wellness operations or business management.

Qualifications in any alternative wellness practice is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within luxury hotels.

Experience in medical spa or integrated wellness facilities.

Proven track record of successfully operating a top spa or wellness resort.

Experience with integrated wellness approaches and wellness brands.

Fluency in Spanish and advanced English (spoken and written) are both essential.
