Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo, México, seeks a Spa Host to deliver a warm, personalized spa and wellness experience for resort guests. You will assist with appointments, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe, serene environment.

Formación

Minimum 6 months of experience in hotel, spa, or luxury wellness settings.

Responsabilidades

Greet guests warmly and provide information about spa services and facilities.
Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements, and use of facilities.
Ensure safety, cleanliness and presentation of spa areas and equipment.
Prepare, set up, and break down spa treatment spaces and Temazcal sessions as required.
Support therapists and Spa & Wellness team for seamless service delivery.

About The Role

As Spa Host, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional spa and wellness experience for Resort guests. You will provide warm, personalized assistance while supporting daily spa operations, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all facilities, and ensuring a safe, serene, and welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for guest service and wellness within a world-class luxury Resort.

What You Will Do

Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable information about spa services, facilities, amenities, and wellness offerings.
Assist guests with spa appointments, locker arrangements, and the use of spa facilities, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Respond to guest questions, requests, and needs with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
Ensure guests understand and courteously follow spa guidelines and safety procedures to maintain a comfortable, secure, and enjoyable environment.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, readiness, and overall presentation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and other designated facilities.
Complete daily opening and closing checklists to ensure all spa areas are clean, properly maintained, organized, and fully stocked.
Replenish spa amenities, including towels, robes, toiletries, refreshments, and other guest supplies, ensuring they are consistently available and presented to Resort standards.
Monitor spa equipment and facilities, including hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms, to ensure they are functioning properly and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Prepare, set up, and break down designated areas for spa treatments, wellness activities, and Temazcal sessions as required.
Support therapists, coordinators, and other Spa & Wellness team members to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient daily operations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding operational needs, guest requests, maintenance concerns, and other relevant matters.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to remain informed about spa offerings, service standards, procedures, and Resort protocols.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and operational procedures to ensure a secure and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.
Report any accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, or maintenance concerns to management immediately.
Handle lost and found items in accordance with established Resort policies and procedures.

What You Bring

Minimum 6 months of experience working in a hotel, spa, wellness facility, or similar environment, preferably within a high-end or luxury hospitality setting.
Genuine passion for the health, wellness, and hospitality industries, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic Resort environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, welcoming, and service-oriented approach.
High grooming standards and a professional demeanor consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests.
Proficiency in English, including strong verbal communication and the ability to understand and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use Resort systems and operational tools as required.
A proactive, reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach with a genuine willingness to support the Spa & Wellness operation.
Ability to safely push, pull, lift, and move up to 75 lbs., including clean and used linen carts to and from laundry areas.
Ability to remain attentive to guest needs while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, safety, and service throughout the shift.
