A leading global sourcing firm located in Pachuca, Mexico, is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their Sourcing Analytics team. In this role, you will analyze marketing data sets and collaborate with Client Engagement teams. Ideal candidates will have experience in temporary Point of Sale products and advanced English proficiency. The position requires strong IT and time management skills. Training for necessary IT skills will be provided, ensuring a supportive environment for your growth.

Formación

• Experience in large format temporary 2D and 3D Point of Sale products.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Confident in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data sets of marketing materials in collaboration with Client Engagement teams.
• Develop product price rate cards focusing on Print and Point of Sale products.
• Provide in-depth analysis summaries for various projects.

Conocimientos

Experience in large format temporary Point of Sale products

Advanced English, both verbally and written

Confident IT skills and Microsoft Excel

Artificial Intelligence and Co-pilot experience

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Purpose of the Job

The Sourcing Analyst will work within the existing Sourcing Analytics team and report into the Sourcing Analytics Manager - LATAM who is based in Mexico. This person will provide input to all the services currently delivered by the team to the wider HH Global business.

Key Responsibilities

• To work with the Client Engagement teams when required in the analysis of data sets of marketing materials (trend, product specifications, order patterns, etc) and indexation in line with contractual deliverables
• To work closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to develop and build product price rate cards with a particular focus on Print and Point of Sale products (POS)
• Undertake other projects where necessary to develop and provide in depth analysis summaries

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Experience in large format temporary 2D and 3D Point of Sale products (POS) with a broad understanding of production processes will be advantageous
• Advanced English, both verbally and written
• Confident IT skills and Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivots, data manipulation) are an advantage but not crucial as training will be provided
• Artificial Intelligence and Co-pilot experience is beneficial
• A focussed individual with a high degree of accuracy with a logical and tenacious approach to tasks
• The ability to work independently while working through data, but also confident in working closely with various teams in the business
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
