MAHLE GmbH in Juárez, MX is seeking a Logistics professional to lead the SOM team and optimize the supply chain from supplier to plant. You will ensure on-time deliveries, monitor inventory, and develop tracking worksheets to mitigate risks and costs.

The role requires 4–5 years in a similar position with supervisory responsibilities, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong SAP MRP and Excel skills. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with MAHLE’s global scope.

Formación

• 4-5 years in similar position with personnel in charge.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
• Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills inside and outside the organization.
• Knowledge in engineering changes and impact to raw material.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SOM team to comply with company targets.
• Analyze and monitor supply chain including logistic process from supplier to plant to ensure correct inventory levels to support the operation.
• Ensure 100% on time delivery from suppliers.
• Monitor E&O inventory to avoid increases and plan for depletion.
• Develop worksheets to determine supplier on time delivery, coverage, impact mitigation, inventory fluctuation and action plans.
• Escalate urgent topics in a timely manner considering impact to the organization.
• Monitor engineering changes with multidisciplinary team to avoid obsolescence and financial impacts to the organization.
