MAHLE is seeking a skilled professional in Ciudad Juárez to lead the SOM team and optimize supply chain performance across supplier to plant operations. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, inventory controls, and proactive supplier management within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have 4–5 years in a similar role, strong SAP MRP proficiency, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Career in Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics or related.
• 4 -5 years in similar position with personnel in charge.
• Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate-advance level).
• Analytical skills to review information on a daily basis with management.
• Proficient in MRP Management System (SAP essential - MRP transactions).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Power Point).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in and out of the organization.
• Overseas suppliers management experience.
• Knowledge in engineering changes and impact to raw material.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the SOM team to comply with company targets.
• Analyze and monitor supply chain including logistic process from supplier to plant to ensure correct inventory levels to support the operation.
• Ensure 100% on time delivery from suppliers.
• Monitor E&O inventory to avoid increases and plan for depletion.
• Develop worksheets to determine supplier on time delivery, coverage, impact mitigation, inventory fluctuation and action plans.
• Escalate urgent topics in a timely manner considering impact to the organization.
• Monitor engineering changes with multidisciplinary team to avoid obsolescence and financial impacts to the organization.
