ABB is seeking a Service Sales Support Specialist to drive sales of High Power Rectifier System services and upgrades for North America. You will lead technical solution development, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and contract management, and support the sales team in delivering compelling service offers.

Formación

• At least 5 years in an industrial environment with 3+ years applying electrical eng to power converters and electrical distribution.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and high-power rectifier systems.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada; strong communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer requests and translate into optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare service proposals with basic engineering and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, HSE and contract mgmt.
• Negotiate commercial terms with the sales manager and customers (payments, warranty, prices, terms).
• Manage sales/contract administrative procedures and project management activities as needed.
• Coordinate activities with customers and project management to ensure successful delivery.
