ABB in the US Electrification Smart Power division seeks an EL Sales Support Manager - Pre-Sales. You will support Sales teams and customers, serving as a technical resource, and prepare technical descriptions for applied products and technology.

The role is hybrid; you will be a key interface between customers, distributors, OEMs, and sales engineers. You will analyze enquiries, propose cost-effective solutions, provide timely warranty support, and collaborate to determine the most suitable

Formación

• BS in electrical or mechanical engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Experience with molded case circuit breakers, transformers, residential products, lighting panels, switches, and general-purpose control products.
• High energy level, self-starter, analytical, and strong customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely warranty and technical support to ABB Sales, Distributors, OEMs, Contractors and End Users.
• Offer technical advice and comment on enquiry specifications for customers and Sales Engineers.
• Perform analytics and diagnostic studies to identify the best technical solution for complex enquiries.
